1-  Measure and Monitor

• Collect, process, and enhance data related to public procurement;
• Establish a national public procurement database and ensure its regular updating;
• Develop indicators to monitor the effectiveness and performance of public procurement.

2-  Analyze and Inform

• Produce accounting, financial, and economic information related to public procurement, and ensure its publication and dissemination;
• Contribute to analyzing the economic, social, and environmental impact of public procurement;
• Prepare and publish periodic reports and bulletins on public procurement; conduct thematic studies aligned with the Observatory’s missions.

3-  Engage and Share

• Pool knowledge and cross-analyze expertise among stakeholders;
• Act in an inclusive and coherent manner by combining the values of unity and diversity;
• Help identify and share best practices in public procurement;
• Support and mobilize stakeholders.
