Green Public Procurement Guide

As part of the national dynamic aimed at strengthening the integration of environmental considerations into public procurement, the Moroccan Public Procurement Observatory has developed a green public procurement guide.

This guide, adopted by circular of the Minister of Economy and Finance TGR/DCAI/OMCP/ No. 1/2026 of March 30, 2026, aims to provide public buyers with operational tools and practical guidance enabling them to incorporate environmental considerations throughout the various stages of awarding and executing public procurements, in line with the applicable regulatory framework and national sustainable development objectives.
